Includes two rare photo views of the wireless telegraph station of the New York Herald at Siasconset on Nantucket, as well as an interior view of the apparatus. Other images include: visual telegraph apparatus used in France in 1792, signaling by ancient Gauls, French Semaphore station in 1795, a Hertzian wave wireless telegraph system, the Nantucket Shoals Lightship equipped with Marconi Apparatus by which all passing passenger steamships are signaled to the Nantucket Island Station; and many circuit diagrams.
