Reports on the need for a screw-pile light-house on the shoal near Pamplico Point, North Carolina, and recommends the passage of said bill. The report notes that the present light-house structure on Pamplico Point is in danger of being washed away and so has been discontinued, and that a light on the shoal would be much greater value. $12.
