This is the year long journal of life aboard the U.S.S. Kansas, a man-o’-war with the U. S. Atlantic Fleet. The rare account sets fourth the rarely described daily life and the day’s work for the thousands of bluejackets who man the fighting vessels of the time. Excellent reading.
