  1. [Rhode Island Colonial Laws / Light Houses] August, 1772. At the General Assembly of the Governor and Company of the English Colony of Rhode Island, and Providence Plantation in New England…. Newport. (1772) pp. 25-51. More than three pages devoted to a report of the revenues and expenses associated with the operation of this early Colonial light-house at Beaver Tail, Rhode Island [The light keeper was paid 40 pounds annual salary, while assessing fees on incoming vessels.]. Unusual, very early document on the subject, excellent for research or for display. Disbound, very light staining and foxing here and there, but otherwise unusually good. (VG-). $110 / Closeout $ 66.
