After serving nine years as Assistant Keeper of the Bell Rock Lighthouse, the author was encouraged by friends to record his many detailed observations of the life there, with particular emphasis on the many different animal species that exist in the area. From the gulls and terns, to the seals and fish species, the rock was teeming with life which was well chronicled by the author. Most interesting account of the period between 1901 and 1904. Contents clean, tight and bright. Covers light wear and staining, corners bumped. (VG-). $98 net.
