2190f. [box-pamphlet-maps] Snow, Edward Rowe. THE NEW ENGLAND COAST IN MAPS AND STORIES. Boston . c.1950-60’s Scarce box set published by Mr. Snow contains one of his New England pamphlets, in this case New England Sea Drama of 1954, eighth printing. 62pp. soft wraps, along with a number of his maps published for inclusion into his earlier books. Booklet is autographed by the author. Maps included here are United States Coast Guard Boston District [tipped onto title page], Map of Casco Bay, Map of Romantic Boston Bay and Cape Cod , Map of The Islands of Boston Harbor, and Map of the Isles of Shoals. Box cover bears a portion of the Map of the Isles of Shoals, with printed label (loose but present). Entire lot is in very good condition, quite clean and crisp. This is an extremely rare lot published in the early years of Mr. Snow’s career. (VG+). $94 net.

Boston. c.1950-60’s .Scarce box set published by Mr. Snow contains one of his New England pamphlets, in this case New England Sea Drama, May 1954, eighth printing. 62 pp. soft wraps with tipped in map of the Famous Lighthouses of New England, along with a number of his maps published for inclusion into his earlier books. Maps included here are Map of Casco Bay, map of Historic Fort Warren on George’s Island in Boston Harbor, map of Romantic Boston Bay and Cape Cod, and map of The Islands of Boston Harbor. Box cover bears a portion of the Map of the Isles of Shoals, with printed label attached. Entire lot is in good condition, overall clean and crisp save some light wear and glue remains on booklet title page from tipped in map. This is an extremely rare lot published in the early years of Mr. Snow’s career. (VG-). $94 net.
