9467s. “U.S. Coast Guard” cap ribbon or “ Tally” is of black silk, 1 ½” wide, stitched on the upper and lower edges, and bears the words “U. S. Coast Guard” in ½” gold block letters. Ribbon was worn around the band on the enlisted men’s flat cap. tally is 34″ long X 1 ½” in width. Tally is World War II vintage, new old stock. Condition is as new, superb, all letters clear, bright and sharp. (VG+). $48. Inquire for availability.

9467u. “U.S.S. Shoshone, C.G.” cap ribbon or “ Tally” is of black silk, 1 ½” wide, stitched on the upper and lower edges, and bears the words ““U.S.S. Shoshone, C.G.” in ½” gold block letters. Ribbon was worn around the band on the enlisted men’s flat cap. tally is 20″ long X 1 ½” in width. Condition is very good, removed from period cap. The Shoshone was a Lake Class 250-foot cutter launched in 1931. She was stationed in San Francisco and was on Bering Sea patrol. All letters clear, bright and sharp. (VG+). $68. Sold.

9467y. “U.S.S. Galatea, C.G.” cap ribbon or “ Tally” is of black silk, 1 ½” wide, stitched on the upper and lower edges, and bears the words ““U.S.S. Galatea, C.G.” in ½” gold block letters. Ribbon was worn around the band on the enlisted men’s flat cap. tally is 34″ long X 1 ½” in width. Tally is probably pre World War II vintage, new old stock. Condition is very good, removed from period cap. The Galatea was a 165-foot (B) cutter launched in 1932. She was stationed in New York in the 1930’s, and then assigned to the Navy for wartime duty, operating out of Key West. Unused, all letters clear, bright and sharp. (VG+). $68.

9467w. “U.S. Navy” cap ribbon or “ Tally” is of black silk, 1 ½” wide, stitched on the upper and lower edges, and bears the words “U. S. Navy” in ½” gold block letters. Ribbon was worn around the band on the enlisted men’s flat cap. Tally is 23″ long X 1 ½” in width. Tally is World War II vintage, new old stock. Condition is as new, superb, all letters clear, bright and sharp. (VG+). $34.
