13132. Padded Leather Coast Guard Sword-Saber Carrying Case c.1920’s – 1940’s. Vintage felt padded calf leather case measures 37 ½” overall for protecting and carrying the regulation U.S. Coast Guard officer’s sword. Case is nicely marked “T.G.M.” “U.S.C.G.” on the cover flap. Cover flap was closed with two leather straps and buckles. Straps have broken but could be replaced. Otherwise in good condition. With restoration would be good case for your period sword. Difficult to find. (G+). $135.
