8109-124. [flag] EARLY U. S. Coast Guard Commissioning Pennant. c.1915-1951. Official U. S. Coast Guard commissioning pennant size No. #6 (3”h x 70”w) for use on small and medium size craft. Pennant has had some use, made of wool bunting and is in good used condition. Marked “CG No 6”. Field consists of 16 vertical red/white stripes, with 13 sewn-on on blue stars on white field at the head. Good condition save some stains and light mothing. Wonderful for your display and quite difficult to get these earlier original pennants. (VG). $124.
